What does regular cleaning include?+
Download the regular-cleaning checklist on this page for the detailed standard scope. We confirm your priorities and the final scope before the first visit.
Do I need to be home during the clean?+
No, provided safe access has been agreed. We confirm entry, pets, alarms and securing the property before the first visit.
Will I always have the same cleaner?+
We aim for consistency, but cannot promise the same person for every visit. If staffing changes, the agreed checklist and access instructions remain with the service.
What if something in the agreed scope is missed?+
Contact us promptly and explain the issue. We will compare it with the agreed checklist and discuss the appropriate next step.
Can I request a custom cleaning plan?+
Yes. If the standard calculator does not match your home, preferred frequency or priorities, send an enquiry and we will prepare a custom quote.
Are prices GST inclusive?+
Yes. Calculator prices include GST.
Tell us what the property needs.
We review the scope, access and timing before confirming the work.
