Clearer windows inside and out—with pure-water exterior cleaning available.
For suitable exterior glass, our pure-water pole system uses purified water and a dedicated brush to loosen dirt and rinse the glass without detergent residue. It can reduce ladder use on many accessible windows. Interior glass, tracks, frames, screens and difficult-access work are scoped separately.

What is pure-water window cleaning?+
Water is filtered to remove dissolved minerals, then delivered through a pole and brush to clean and rinse suitable exterior glass. It is designed to dry with minimal spotting without leaving detergent residue, although results still depend on the condition of the glass and surrounding surfaces.
How often should windows be cleaned?+
It depends on exposure, traffic, salt, dust, trees and the standard you want to maintain. We can discuss one-off cleaning or a practical maintenance schedule after seeing the property.
What happens if the weather is poor?+
Light weather may not prevent every job, but strong wind, unsafe conditions or weather likely to affect safety or quality may require rescheduling. We will contact you if the plan needs to change.
Can you clean double-storey windows?+
Many upper windows may be reachable with the pure-water pole system, but height, ground conditions, obstacles and safe access must still be reviewed.
Is mineral staining included?+
No. Existing hard-water or mineral staining is different from ordinary dirt and requires assessment and a separate restoration quote.
