Service terms and estimate conditions

Online prices are estimates for properties in reasonably maintained condition with safe access. They include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.

Bookings and confirmation

Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. Work is confirmed only after ProActive Clean reviews the scope, price, access and availability and sends confirmation.

Manual quotation conditions

Heavy buildup, mould, pest contamination, biohazards, flood damage, excessive rubbish, fragile or specialist materials, unsafe height, difficult access and work outside the configured service area require manual review.

Carpet and stain results

Results depend on fibre type, condition and the cause and age of each mark. Permanent damage, burns, bleach, paint and damaged fibres may not be removable.
